Announcing the First Annual Three Rivers Artisans Competition and Showcase!

The first annual Three Rivers Artisans Competition and Showcase will take place over the span of the festival weekend. Work will be judged over dinner on Saturday and the winners will be announced Saturday evening upon the completion of the Bardic Competition at the fire circle, along with the winners of that competition.

Artisans Competition Rules

  1. Each participant is entitled to enter a maximum of three entries into the Artisans Competition, and each entry must be a different medium (e.g. fibre arts, woodwork, digital art, watercolours, photography, etc.).
  2. Works must be entered into the competition by the start of dinner on Saturday (6:00pm) as this is when voting begins. We ask that artisans enter their work into the competition prior to dinner to give more time for individuals to enjoy the entries.
  3. The competition will award a first, second, and third prize. Work will be judged, and winners decided by festival attendees.
  4. An artisan may only win once. If, for example, an artisan enters two pieces into the competition, and both receive more votes than any other work, they will only place for the piece with the highest votes. The next place will go to the artisan whose work has the next highest number of votes.
  5. Have an awesome weekend!
